if memory serves me correct i believe Maylae is a type of water sprite. i had lots of fun painting this one cause she's very girly and i loved doing all the little details and patterns

Dress and clothes AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL!!!! I love the color soooooooooooooooooooooooooo much!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!
If she had black hair would be a better comb for the clothes, but still amazingly beautiful. I wish i had this shoes!

it's a cool concept!
I hope you don't mind me asking one thing: It's not the first time that I see a background like this one (the water-like curls). Is it a texture, a brush or you created it by yourself?
If it's a texture, where can it be found?

it's actually a fill in adobe illustrator. i believe it's from an older version but i don't remember which one (10 maybe). i'm quite fond of it so i made myself a file that i go back to all the time.

Thanks for your info. In CS2 it doesn't seem to be included... that's a shame, if I think how much I'd have loved to use it... It also seems difficult to find in sites. Oh well... thanks for the info anyway
