Done for Liliane, she commissioned me to do whatever I wanted
So I had been bouncing this idea around and even had a sketch in my sketchbook from a while ago, but it was very loose and I didn’t have a full concept for it yet. After talking to Liliane, I got very inspired and channeled a lot of emotions into this piece that I had from our discussions over email. I’m quite proud of this one as it’s a full complete piece with an actual background (shocker for me) and it actually came out as I envisioned it in my head, which so very rarely happens. But above all, I had a lot of fun painting it and I don’t think this would have ever left my sketchbook if it wasn’t for Liliane, so thanks a million!
